Before you get other people knickers too wet... There are factual errors in that half page spread of an advert and this is exactly why I didn't post it here even though I have a copy.
Let me correct the one you underlined first: - The logical candidate is the SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) which purchased CSA. Not Develop. The SPAC are both run by Billy Beament but the SPAC and DVP are separate entities. Ownership of DVP shares does not constitute ownership of the SPAC and vice versa is also true. It is illogical to even wrangle DVP in this mess because DVP has nothing to do with CSA or even have a smidgeon of synergies in its operations.
- Since we are here the 5th paragraph is where the writer got confused in the share price of both companies and makes you wonder the source credibility.
