When adversity comes it is an opportunity for you (in this case AMI BOD) to show what they are made off. Heading for the easiest way out (getting bought out) shows the wrong message. Never mind the share price, as long as the BOD needs to do what needs doing and start kicking some goals. It is the only way out of the current predicament.
