    It's the litigation funders who get a % of the settlement. The lawyers just get their legal fees. Being part of "a consortium" of legal firms in the UK VW case spearheaded by another firm is not newsworthy for SGH.

    Following HC threads back over a year I've seen new CA cases or settlements massively ramped on HC as big news, with rampers implying its % that SGH gets, when in fact they are just a small amount of legal fees. This one is the same. There won't be an announcement.
