Angers Thanks for your post. 12 billion Ugs = $ 6.5 million. For a poor country thats a lot of money. I notice that the arabs are interested in Uganda too. Yes they do buy a lot of beef and fresh fruit and veg from East Africa -mainly Kenya-and air freight direct. I don't think they are intrested in the oil in Uganda. Uganda needs to export their Agricultural Produce, to earn foreign exchange. Uganda has been an ever green country before Idi Amin and still is. Its new find oil if good quantity will be as good as Mauritania,as far as $ to share price concerns.
