A JORC complient ann can be made when a resource has been generated that complies with the code - no need to finish a drill program. As an industry 'insider' I can say that there are many reasons why a resource statement could be delayed, many of them as frustrating for the company as they are for shareholders. Consider also that most companies have everyones interests in mind and making a false statement or releasing information that could be seen as negative can be a disaster for them and the SP.

As an industry player I can tell you that I got the tip on CHZ from the etrade 'under the radar' report, and having had a look at it last night I was suitably impressed and brought in this morning.
