Tangential to discussion on APX's future, which I think is less than a 50/50 proposition, only viable at the right price.
That being said, LLM AI will most likely replace Indian/Philippine offshoring centers first, as, at least in my experience, dealing with those is frustratingly ineffective. In fact, in my current role, I will be cheering for the deployment of LLMs like ChatGPT4 to replace what I term 'dumb and dumber' offshore service deliver, as I find that ChatGPT4 understands my problems, whereas the offshore support team nearly purposefully chooses not to do so. However, the need for trades like roofing plumber seems to be guaranteed for the next 50 years.
