They are not probability models.
They are data models
A human brain doesn't work on probabilities it works on what you learn based on your five senses.
Models goes through training before they can learn to speak - no different to a toddler learning to speak words.
It structures data based on the parameters thats configured for it - banks that information to attempt new tasks. If the model gives poor answers then the model needs more evaluation, benchmarking and training.. like going to school.
