I think if the Board had some more 'skin in the game' and actually bought some shares on market, then they might be a bit more motivated to expedite things and promote the company better. I don't buy David et al's reason for not buying on market at all. Even if it's not the 'done thing' in Israel - what's Howard and Jim's excuse?
The tech and opportunity is excellent, the direction from the Board not so good. Time for a shake up!
