there are plenty of other listed junior companies where we see pie charts in investor presentations where the board/management own 25-35-45 even over 50% of some companies and when capital raises pop up they also use that as an opportunity to show support and also invest their hard earned dollars like us ... i also know plenty of boards that when from time to time a large shareholder may need to sell down for what ever reason will step in help absorb lines of stock and buy some time until a new larger investor comes along looking for stock or they are happy to hold looking to a brighter future ....

It must be made very clear also there is a big difference in this type of investment and commitment to the stock/company and shareholders and not to be confused with founders holding lots of stock . You hope that founders also step up and when needed .... the very disappointing thing for me in the current transactions is that we have two founders who needed to sell down for option conversion and tax requirements so you would hope that board and management would be willing to step in and take some stock at this point .... surely 5 people could take just $30k each ,, it is something
