But how accurate can you be?
For example, if I were to ask you to verify if sandybeachs was in fact the same person as goblin, both of whom share the same initial IP address (138.217), how accurate can you be?
Then, assuming you respond by saying they both share identical IP addresses, what does this mean?
Does it mean the two must be sharing the same physical machine, or could it be that they are possibly using differnet machines on the same local area network?
