Hmmmm, I think Trojan horse may be a little rough because it isn't reasonable that they could have expected the market to tank so badly when beginning the transactions.

Maybe it was a stalling tacti I guess but why bother? He doesn't seem to concerned about the short-term fluctuations and maybe its just an opportunity waiting...

It isn't off after-all, just waiting for an official response from the Chinese....
