Without all the digits for an IP address, it's pretty pointless...
0.0.X.X could be 1 of 65536 computers. Add to that Telstra, Optus, etc, have designated "pools" they generate the IP address from (which can change each time youu reboot). There are a lot of people that can share the first two numbers in an IP address.
You can go further, in that most people in an office will share a single IP address, and so on...
Of you're concerned, ask the admins, they can see the full IP adresses.
