The "cup" is a bit too V shaped for my liking - and the handle is a little too deep. It looks like a cup and handle - but not a "classic."
The double bottom has "failed" but you do have a higher low and an ascending triangle wanting to form and perhaps a triple bottom? - if it can make the dotted line that would be a good sign - even better if it broke out. If it fails to make the dotted line that would be a sign of weakness. Interesting to see how how it plays out.
