I think multiculturalism is ok. At about the same ratio as Japan. Minimal. They still have their culture - although not without some western influence….as in music, TV, etc….and of course, fast food - but it's not hugely prevalent or even disturbing. Migrants come in on very tightly controlled numbers. But they don't have issues that Europe, America, and us….have with incompatibility issues - leading to serious, if not overwhelming, security issues. Hell, crime is so low it's almost not worth mentioning. The only cultural exception might be Korean migrants…some with ties to the North…probably a very small minority….and they are closely monitored. By the way, Korean restaurants are very popular in Japan….Great food and damn good value….The Japanese do it right…as in most things…they are very smart people. FTA with them good idea. FTA with China = the end of Australia…as we know it. Greatest mistake in Australian history. Liberal party….number three on the list of destroyers of our fine country. First is Islam….second Labor….
