One child Strongly Agreed and the whole of Grade 6 is now calling that child a racist and refusing to talk to her.
I don't think this is being handled correctly
Sounds like reverse racism to me. It would be interesting to know how many different race children were in that class.
Teacher should have been aware of possible conflict and definitely handle it differently.
It would interesting to know her/his agenda in this,and if their nationality had any bearing on this sad event.
If it was my child I would be asking teacher and principal "please explain",for this could easily turn into a bully situation.
