    What a dog. The way I read it:

    1. MUL has to find $600k (net outflow of funds of $600k)

    2. Another 35m shares issued

    2. If it isn't signed sealed and delivered by next Tuesday, MUL is in default under its banking covenants and .... well.... cactus.
