Provided we start getting revenue in in the next two quarters, no CR will be necessary IMO. We have enough cash for approx 3 quarters, so the need for the R&D rebate may not be as high. Would still be better to get it then not, but I can’t see it hurting the company much, if at all.
Also, remember that CAT has a large option outstanding that would further reduce any need for a CR if taken up.
