Malaga I completely agree, gee it took poor old Adelaide a long time to a get a series of $1m Aus$ plus property sales, when I see in Melb its very common, the 1- 1.5M$ stuff seems everywhere...
and as you point out, the high-end "trophy house" suffers first in a tightening like this...this separates the men from the boys in terms of investment risk..
I'm not surprised the seller is distraught
