    Buying at 42.5c is not a bad deal when there's a 55c offer on the table. The longer these takeovers go, the lower the SP can go- same with AXA, which has been mostly languishing, and the same with HSP, until a final and bigger offer firmed. SIP has been very quiet, which means less pressure on the suitor, and more pressure on the SP.
