    MULTIPLE HIGH GRADE GOLD DRILL
    INTERCEPTS ¨C RANDALLS PROJECT
Assay results from RC drill holes at the Cock-eyed Bob, Maxwells and Randalls Dam
deposits / prospect in the Randalls Project have returned high-grade gold mineralisation with
individual 1 metre assays up to 102 g/t and 75.9 g/t gold*. Better intercepts include:
    􀂾 9 metres at 6.55 g/t gold including 2 metres at 24.33 g/t gold,
    􀂾 2 metres at 15.63 g/t gold,
    􀂾 4 metres at 6.19 g/t gold including 1 metre at 21.27 g/t gold, and,
􀂾 2 metres at 9.05 g/t gold from Cock Eyed Bob.
    􀂾 4 metres at 10.45 g/t gold including 1 metre at 28.80 g/t gold, and,
    􀂾 3 metres at 5.72 g/t gold from Maxwells.
􀂾 5 metres at 4.15 g/t gold from Randalls Dam.
Additionally, the Company has been informed that the diamond drill rig is expected on site at
the Borthanna ¡®Olympic Dam¡¯ target tomorrow to commence casing the completed pre-collar
and once the casing is secured, continue the diamond tail from the current 146 metre depth to
    final depth of 500 metres.
    Randalls Project RC Drilling Results
An RC drilling programme was completed in July in follow-up to previous resources extension
drilling at the Maxwells, Cock-eyed Bob and Randalls Dam deposits / prospect (Figure 1). The
recently received assays provide additional positive results, especially from Cock-eyed Bob and
Maxwells. Significant assays are tabulated below:

    Randalls RAB Drilling
RAB drilling is in progress testing new discovery opportunities in the Randalls project.
    Borthanna ¡®Olympic Dam¡¯ Drilling
The diamond drill rig is expect to arrive on-site at the Borthanna ¡®Olympic Dam¡¯ prospect
in South Australia tomorrow (Figure 2). The rig will first place casing in the pre-collar
(previously completed to 146 metres depth) and grout the casing to ensure that water
aquifers are not disturbed by drilling. Once the casing is in place the hole will be extended
by diamond drilling to the planned total depth of 500 metres. Modelling of geophysical
data indicates that the depth to top of the target can be expected at approximately 250
metres depth. The placing of casing in the hole and sealing the pre-collar in preparation
for diamond drilling is a critical phase of the programme and investors are advised that
there is some technical risk associated with this process.
    Yours sincerely
    Chris Cairns
    Managing Director
*Note: It is the Company¡¯s practice to have high grade assays repeat analysed and then to include the average of
assays for individual 1 metre intervals in the calculation of overall interval grades. Some individual assays have
displayed extreme high grades indicating the possibility of particulate gold in the samples.
Information in this announcement that relates to Exploration Results and Mineral Resources has been reviewed by Chris Cairns,
Managing Director, who has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under
consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the
