can’t understand why they haven’t allowed “at directors discretion” over subscriptions of SPP to be accepted
like it would be FA extra dilution with maybe “at a guess” an extra 20 odd million shares issued
come on JB who ever advised you on the SPP - well give em an uppercut !!
