I would be very confident that they'll collate all payments, which in total should be one of those sums. Also further to your recent example, PDN accepted multiple payments, I phoned the group that the SPP was being done with and they were able to very quickly confirm over the phone, perhaps you can do the same if you feel the need. With PDN I got the excess back (over-subscribed and of course DYL will be also) within about a week which seemed impressively fast.
