ffs why hasn’t JB included a clause in the documents for shareholder SSP that allows DYL management at it’s discretion to accept “over subscriptions” from shareholders participating in the SPP
in fact his advisers have done the opposite and if there is an over subscription we will be scaled back
total bs for longstanding shareholders that have supported JB and DYL
