What I really like about the project is the IRR and payback - both good at $1800/oz gold. So at spot gold they’d be fantastic. Low risk for prospective financiers.

I tried to set up my own financial model so I can play around with the discount rate - see what the NPV is like at 15-20% and compare to market cap to gauge value. I’m missing some key inputs though so can’t quite get it to work. If I can figure it out I’ll share my findings here.
