The company's commencement has been described by the UK press as 'stunning' when it is believed that the fault for Wembley in the extraordinary delays lies with MXG which has screwed up terribly and I believe is big enough to break MXG construction's bank. It has already destroyed MXG's reputation in Europe and they won't be building an outhouse for the London Olympics.
MXG suing is a farce. Even the minor actiona against Cleveland is only a win on one issue on whether Cleveland should have walked off when they believed that MXG was screwing them. The judge made it clear that he had not decided the issues of liability other than saying that Cleveland shouldn't have walked away.
