    Credit risk on SITES now with Brookfield Asset Management; A strong Canadian company with SP&P A-/BBB+. I am advised cash will be paid out in April 2010 as cost of borrowing for Brookfeild well below Step Up. Rate of return equates to 40% per annum. Best risk/reward of Hybrids.
