Watford do you have any recent information about MXUPA?
I am wondering why they have been sold down so much.

If they were good value at $70 odd, are they even better value at $50?

Brookfield Asset Management shares on the TSX have halved but their recent investor presentation states they are in a strong capital position.

Would you still expect them to redeem MUXPA on the step up date (1Apr10)?

I note that Australand have elected to "Step up" their AAZPB and pay the extra interest. However perhaps when (if?) som stability returns to debt markets they may redeem. particularlty if we get more RBA interest rate reductions.
