    cleveland bridge refused right to appeal..... I wonder if CBUK will now go for a cash settlement to MXG or will they allow the courts to decide? From memory MXG are seeking $50 million AUD or $50 million GBP. Either way it will be significant, im suprised this hasnt moved more on that news.
