Can a company still operate day to day business if accounts are being investigated by ASIC? Can they still have access/control over their cash in accounts during ASIC inquiries? If this was a serious accounting breach would that now involve some sort of law enforcement? If that was the case, wouldn't they operations be on hold, not just trading suspension? Meaning no recording of new videos or even uploading previously shot videos. Just curious on the impacts on business operations when asic is interrogating their accounts.
May be stupid questions but just thought I'd ask.
