If you were to take a "potential target" to a bank and get a loan or investment you would be laughed out the door. This is the same when it comes to institutional investment.

It's just the way it is. Facts talk and its why the JORC standard is in effect.

You posted the "only mums and dads" article... Why do you think it is?

I'm a firm believer in TRH potential - But there is a process that a miner must go through before it hits the desk of institutions.

There is simply no point in marketing the company until the ticks are in the boxes.

Just my opinion based on my experience with start up miners.

Of course there is always room for an anomaly and I definitely wouldn't mind if this was it.
