Good to see the directors exercise 99% of their options - particularly Monti with a $300k+ show of confidence.
I know many will think they would be stupid not to exercise given SP is well above strike price but you have to factor in the ability to sell. Monti would know that the prospect of him selling $300k worth on market is not really viable so it certainly is a very good sign...
