You guys really are in a pickle, has anyone thought out the next step if the offer is rejected and they don't launch a higher bid? Cap raising at .002cps would be a disaster, good money after bad and peanuts would be raised as the market cap is so low.

What is the alternative to this deal? Bankruptcy or massive dilution at rock bottom prices forcing L/T to cough up again. Rock and a hard place any other scenarios floating round? Bidding war would be the only positive outcome I can think of.
