    It's a hard pill to swallow considering the company announcements over the last 2 years.
    All very great positive news, with nothing to show for.

    The only thing to show for, is this takeover proposal which the Board wants us shareholders to accept.
    In my opinion, the company deserves the same courtesy from the Shareholder; That courtesy being, a strong no vote.
