Admit it Cait you were second hand car salesman in your former life who is now employed by Glasier. It wouldn’t be much more disastrous than it already is if Mr Glasier withdraws his offer. But at least the beaten shareholders will have the satisfaction not to let opportunistic Glasier and the back stabbing incompetent directors to steal the company. Oh, sorry you will lose on your commission too.
If the directors have a smidgeon of honour and gumption they would be out there to work for the undeserved money that they've received for years and turn this company around or seek for better deal.
