    This is excellent. It supports exactly what I am saying. BLR needs to pay in order to secure the 100%. BLR has not done so, and has zero money to do so. The entire project may contain 90 million pounds but BLR does not own those 90 million pounds until it pays for them. Where will BLR get the money to pay?
