G'day Grant,
It would be naive to believe BLR will be around in its current form in 2-3 months. Either BLR shareholders embrace the WU deal or BLR is in Receivership. There will be no JV. Glasier is too smart to bail out BLR via a JV.
Think about this. WU does an ablation deal direct with the Casper people and let's BLR go into Receivership. Then all BLR shareholders lose and Glasier gets a chance to buy HT in liquidation from STB and NZ . All at a fraction of the ,6 cost. BLR shareholders get nothing, basically because the BLR shareholders did not have the vision or foresight to see the benefits of the deal and try to be greedy on the price.
Is this worth losing your investment in BLR?
