    "Think about this. WU does an ablation deal direct with the Casper people and let's BLR go into Receivership. Then all BLR shareholders lose and Glasier gets a chance to buy HT in liquidation from STB and NZ . All at a fraction of the ,6 cost. BLR shareholders get nothing."



    Why don't they? Why even bother making a 6c offer?
