Just throwing some opinions, thats all.
What are the options?

a) Aparently, no money left in the tilt or very little
b) Aparently, no other interested investors to bail us out with some cash.
c) Aparently, another cap raise may not be an option.

d) No updates with ablation. (I guess that means, NOT GOOD)

e) Do I vote YES, and give away my shares to WUC ?
f) Do I vote NO and allow the liquidator to sell the assets for cash (hopefully in a higher market)

At the moment, I'm leaning toward - f)
