Not suggesting what to do Buc, but keep in mind that even if WUC did inflate their share price to make the T/O look more appealing they just did a private placement at @2.75 and was trading at $3.50 prior to jumping up to $4.50.

So even at the placement price the shares aren't worthless, in fact they're worth slightly more than BLR's current share price @0.36 cents a share.

I just used a 1 to 1 ratio for the Canadian Dollar, not completely accurate but simplified the post.

I'm undecided at this stage and continuing to do as much digging as I can.
