I little addition to this is that if Aim were to go stage 3 there would be lots of discussion prior with BHP as to the likleyhood of mining based on the known data.
Its seems they have a good line of communication so with BHP keen for such projects atm and them being able to throw their expertise at Mumbwa in a consultative capacity makes it all the more manageable for Aim.All MF has to do is basically say yea or neh to each stage.
