And thats what keeps niggling at me too Sinbin.
It just FEELS like somethings not be said here that would be a big enough carrot to get these guys in.
I suppose if we combined a very strong Perkoa OCF(130M) with a reasonably high chance of success at Mumbwa it might be enough to get them in considering Perkoa will give them a baseline sp of 80c to $1 based on such an OCF(for at least the first 2 years of production).
This would at least give them(JPM/NS) an excellent bottom line valuation from which to sell back into even if Mumbwa didnt come up with the goodies.
