There is a good article in the Australian today. Seems many small investors are selling their rental property off. This is in response to new laws making rentals more complex and rent harder to put up. Its a ridiculous thing, the bank just puts up investors interest payments as they want. The investor can't put up the rent even if its at less than the market rate. The unintended consequences are obvious.
