you seem to be very knowledgable about the way HVN works, so I am curious to know how their operations is structured.

That is, you say they can change product mix, achieve xxx% sales increase etc.

I am under the impression that HVN is nothing more than a group of franchisee's operating under one roof, which carries the name of Harvey Norman. That is, HVN do not own the operations, rather just cream a percentage off the top of sales and rental for premises.

My questions are:

do you know on what basis and how much HVN charge their franchisee's?

does HVN dictate what line's a franchisee can/must carry?
