It's unlikely they'll need to come back to the market in 12 months as they must have about $75-80 million in the bank post this placement.

However your point is well made.
The risk is to the downside in the short term as demonstrated by the ho-hum reponse to the second patient going home. It looks as though at present good news is only worth a few cents whereas any bad news is likely to knock 50-100 cents off the price (look at PTD).
