Welcome to the new big dog whoever you are. We’ve been waiting patiently for you and I look forward to riding your coat-tails northwards. With the recent action on Sunrise, it’s become all to obvious how keen the Timorese are to get their hands on a stream of oil/gas revenue. You’d suspect they won’t be standing in the way of progress on Buffalo to support that vision. Hopefully finalised soon and you’d think they might be interested in taking a stake in that as well if Carnarvon needs a hand. Suspect the Chinese would be happy to get the wallet out as well if needed to show their friendship in the region.
