It would cost more than fifty cents per tonne to prove that a pile of barren earth contains no Lithium.
Someone wasn't thinking when he or she agreed to that unworkable clause.
No doubt this will go to mediation. It mediation fails it will go to court and the court might say,
"Don't waste the court's time. Go back to mediation."
