You’ve managed to read one ASIC page, congratulations, but, as usual, you’ve completely misinterpreted it. Let me help you, since you clearly lack either the comprehension or objectivity to do so yourself.

Now go back and read the context. ASIC is talking about coordinated pump-and-dump activity, where someone recommends a stock they already hold, creates a fake sense of demand, and dumps it for profit, typically done with false or misleading information, often in low-liquidity microcaps. You know, the stuff I haven’t done.

ASIC’s actual concern is this:
“False or misleading statements, fraudulent conduct or deceptive conduct in relation to the trading of financial products.”

None of which I’ve engaged in — and if you think posting screenshots of company announcements, research notes, or personal opinion counts as fraud, then you’re clearly out of your depth.

Your insinuations about “AI content,” “several accounts,” and “pretending to be an insider” are equally absurd. ASIC explicitly permits anonymity, and nowhere does it prohibit discussion, commentary, or even sentiment—unless it’s knowingly false, manipulative, or deceptive. Which again: it’s not.

You’ve got absolutely no evidence of any wrongdoing. What you do have is a weird obsession with who I am, how I post, and where I live, which says more about you than me.

As for this bit:
“As such, I have identified you and reported your activity.”

Mate, you’ve “reported” a guy for… having a public opinion on a public forum? Using multiple platforms? Quoting company announcements? That’s not a breach — that’s called engagement. If ASIC’s time is being wasted on this, the only question they’ll be asking is why you’re abusing the reporting function.

Lastly, I’ve never been suspended, and I’ve never claimed to be ESR management. These are just stories you’ve made up to fit your weird narrative. You’re not uncovering a scandal — you’re just embarrassing yourself.

So while you keep yelling into the wind and pretending to play watchdog, I’ll continue reading announcements, forming opinions, and sharing them publicly, legally, and without apology.
