I'm close to the coal face in the sense that I took a shareholding in Auric a couple of years ago and increased my holding as it went along. As a result I have been watching the company closely. I happened to be at the Melbourne Mining Club event last week and heard Mark speak. John Utley was there and I spoke with him briefly amidst a bunch of others afterwards. They are an excellent pair and earnest about the opportunity ahead. A chartered accountant and a seasoned, well respected gold geologist give the company a bucket load of credibility and besides they did what they said they would do. Don't forget Steve Morris as chairman either. He's a veteran in the broking game and has been around gold deals forever. You might remember Steve was also a director at De Grey with Simon Lill as De Grey emerged as a world class deposit. These gentlemen are seasoned veterans and I have faith in their acumen.
