I have a question about the sale of the Muglinup Tenements to SLR.

Is share holder approval required prior to settlement or does this deal slip through under the 5% value rule?

or

Is the sale considered "part of the same commercial transaction" and therefore aggregated as part of the Kundip and Trilogy asset sale? Therefore requiring share holder approval to proceed.

It seemed to me a bit strange that this sale was so very rapidly agreed to with SLR taking over immediate responsibility there and in fact I believe already drilling!
