I did a quick transport calculation based on the 25,000 tons of concentrate per year:
25,000t/365= 68.5t per day
or
25000t/52= 480t per week

With 2 trucks per day you would need two trucks with 34.25 tons payload each.
—> Max permitted weight on Swedish roads is 32 tons for a 4-axles truck.
—> a 32 ton heavy truck with 4 axles (8 wheels) has a net weight (unloaded) of about 13.5 tons, so the payload is around 18.5 tons
—> 480t per week /18.5t = 26 trucks
—> 26 trucks divided by 7 days = 3.7 trucks per day

But with a trailer and combined vehicle length of 18 m a gross vehicle weight of up to 60 tons is allowed.
So if the local road conditions allow an 18 m vehicle and trucks can drive with a 16t-payload trailer all year round, even in winter, then the two trucks per day would be correct.
